Refund Policy

At Novabooks, customer satisfaction is a core priority. Because our products are digital files (PDF eBooks) that are delivered instantly and electronically, our refund policy is carefully designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


General Policy on Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download has been accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered. We take this responsibility seriously and ensure every title in our catalog is properly formatted, complete, and functional before it is listed for sale.


Conditions Under Which a Refund May Be Granted

We will issue a full refund or resend your file under the following circumstances:

1. Corrupted or Damaged File

If the file you downloaded is corrupted, unreadable, or appears to be incomplete, you are entitled to either a replacement file or a full refund. To request this, please email us at novabooks.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

2. Accidental Duplicate Purchase

If you have inadvertently purchased the same title twice within the same order or across two separate orders placed within 48 hours of each other, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact us with both order numbers as soon as you notice the error.

3. File Not Downloaded (Link Not Accessed)

If you completed your purchase but never clicked your download link, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Once a download link has been accessed, this option is no longer available.

4. Significant Mismatch With Product Description

If the file you receive is materially different from what was described on the product page (e.g., a significantly different edition or subject matter than advertised), please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

5. Technical Download Failure

If your download link fails to function despite following the troubleshooting steps on our FAQ page, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • You have successfully downloaded and accessed the file and simply changed your mind.
  • You purchased the wrong title and have already downloaded the file.
  • You claim you do not like the content, writing style, or subject matter after downloading.
  • Incompatibility with a specific device or app that was not disclosed as a limitation prior to purchase (see our FAQs for full compatibility information).
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date, unless a verifiable technical issue is present.
  • The file was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional discount where the terms explicitly stated no refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at novabooks.shop@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. The title of the eBook in question
  4. The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We stand behind every product in our catalog. If something is wrong with your purchase, we will work to make it right. Our goal is never to leave a customer without the resource they paid for.
