Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order ?

Browse our library, click the eBook you want, choose your format (PDF or EPUB), and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your email, complete payment, and your download link is delivered instantly.

2. Are my payment details secure ?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are handled directly by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

3. Do you offer discounts or deals ?

Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to get an instant 15% off plus a free eBook. We also run seasonal sales and offer bundle pricing on selected collections — keep an eye on our homepage.

Download & Delivery

1. How quickly will I receive my eBook ?

Instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), you'll receive an email with your download link. There's no shipping, no waiting, and no physical product to worry about.

2. I didn't receive my download email — what now ?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. Most missing emails are filtered there. If you still can't find it after 10 minutes, contact us at novabooks.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it immediately.

3. Can I download my eBook again later ?

Yes — your download link stays active for at least 30 days, and we can re-issue links anytime by request. Once you've downloaded the file, it's yours to keep forever on your devices.

4. Is there a download limit ?

You can download each eBook up to 3 times from the original link. If you need more, just email us — we'll happily reset your limit.

Formats & Devices

1. What file format do you offer ?

Every Novabooks title is available in both PDF (best for desktop reading & printing) and EPUB (best for Kindle, iPad, and mobile e-readers). Some bundles also include MOBI on request.

2. Can I read on my Kindle ?

Yes. Send the EPUB file to your Send-to-Kindle email or convert it to MOBI using free tools like Calibre. We also support iPad, iPhone, Android tablets, and any web browser.

3. Are your eBooks DRM-protected ?

No. Our files are clean and DRM-free, which means once downloaded they're truly yours — copy them between devices, back them up, read offline forever. We trust our readers.

4. Can I print my eBook ?

Yes — our PDFs are fully printable for personal use. We ask that you don't distribute, resell, or share printed copies in line with our Terms of Service.

Refunds & Returns

1. Do you offer refunds on eBooks ?

Yes — within reason. Because digital files can't be "returned," we evaluate refunds case-by-case. Genuine issues (duplicate purchase, file corruption, wrong item, undelivered file) are refunded in full. See our Refund Policy for full details.

2. How long does a refund take ?

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. What if my file is corrupted or won't open ?

Email us at novabooks.shop@gmail.com with your order number — we'll replace the file within hours, free of charge. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
